A gentler approach to movement. Working to help you feel centered in your body and mind. Enjoy flowing movements, gentle strength work and breathing exercises followed by a relaxation at the end. Suitable for beginners, people working on rehabilitating an injury (Please check with your healthcare provider before exercising) and those wanting to improve technique.
