Jo is an experienced yoga teacher and has guided many women through their pregnancies and into the postnatal period. Using yoga postures suitable pregnancy, mindfullness practices and breathing techniques and visualisations Jo hopes to provide women with a safe space to nurture themselves and prepare for labour.
Kathryn is a cognitive hypnotherapist as well as a hypnobirthing practitioner and coach, and mum of two children aged 5 and 7. She works with mums-to-be either individually or with their partners to help them overcome fear and worry and feel strong, confident and ready to have the best possible birth experience for them.
