Make Time For Yourself

Welcome To You!

Are you in need of a little recharge? Do you want to feel strong, present and at ease? I'm Passionate about supporting you through yoga.

Time for yourself is so precious. I offer online and in person classes so you have the opportunity to take time out to reconnect and recharge your batteries.

I am a certified Yoga Instructor in Vinyasa Flow and Pregnancy and Postnatal and Mother & Baby Yoga and a member of Yoga Alliance UK Professionals and Yoga Alliance USA.

 

From gaining over 2000 hours of teaching experience and many hours of continual study, I have learnt to incorporate different techniques and philosophies into my classes to guide my students in the best way for them.

 

Expect breathing exercises, self enquiry and movements to find fluidity, mobility, strength and ease. Each class ends with a relaxation at the end to regenerate.
