Time for yourself is so precious. I offer online classes so you have the opportunity to take time out just for you.


Balance, strength and wellbeing is my philosophy. I

create classes that allow you to move and breathe deeply to find some balance, to strengthen your body & mind and offer moments of rest and regeneration all in order to cultivate your wellbeing. 

As a teacher I believe in a non-dogmatic approach. I want to guide you to find the best way for you so you feel embodied and empowered.

I am a certified Yoga teacher and Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga Teacher accredited by Yoga Alliance USA. I have over 2000 hours of teaching experience and have worked with many different people over the years.

I've created an online offering so you can find some lightness and ease amongst the chaos and take some time out just for you.
