Healthy Body, Healthy Mind.

Yoga is a mind body practice originating in India over 5000 years ago and is as popular today as it ever has been. 

More and more people are turning to yoga to bring a sense of balance to their lives and cope with the demands of modern life.

I hope to encourage my students to bring a sense of lightness to their practice so they can explore their relationship to their body and themselves through self-enquiry, breathing techniques, physical practice and mindful exercise.  Yoga is an incredible tool to help us find a sense of balance, clarity, spaciousness, a sense of calm and a greater relationship with ourselves and others.

When I practice yoga I feel that I can let go of tension, stress, worries and endless thoughts and come to a state of presence and calm. My body feels healthier and my mind feels clearer. I feel more alive and free.
